FAQs

Is it easy to change management agents?

Yes, very easy – you would call us in the first instance for a quote and then once you’re happy contact your current agent to give the required notice.

How long does it take to transfer management?

Realistically anywhere from between 1-3 month depending on the quality of the information we receive from your current managing agent.

What are your management fees and are there any upfront costs?

There are no upfront costs and the fee charged per unit will vary from site to site dependent upon size and the level of management required. We take no commission from any suppliers or contractors.

Why do I have to pay a service charge and what will happen if I don't?

You have to pay your service charge because it is one of the terms of your lease which is legally binding, but also because it is through the service charge that the communal areas of your block are maintained and improved. Therefore if you do not pay this charge, it could end in legal action being taken against you in the County Court. Such action could adversely affect your credit rating. As trustees of your service charge fund we too are legally bound to ensure that those who should, pay their service charge. It is also crucial for us as your Managing Agent that service charges are paid on time to ensure that sufficient funds are available to continue with the services we provide.

What happens if I'm having difficulties paying my service charge?

It is important that you contact a member of our team as soon as you possibly can, so we can try our best to arrange a solution.  We are always willing to assist as much as possible to ensure that you pay your service charge as comfortably as possible.

How can I pay my service charge?

By cheque, debit card or by bank transfer.

Can I get hold of someone out of hours?

Yes, you will be given a 24 hour emergency contact number.

What areas do you cover?
