Whether you have purchased your leasehold property as an investment or it is your home, you will need a managing agent that you can rely upon to ensure that you are fully understand your duties and responsibilities as a leaseholder and just as importantly what you can expect your freeholder or management company to do to ensure that you or your tenant is kept safe and secure within the communal areas of the building containing your property.

To that end, at the end of each financial year we issue to each leaseholder a set of accounts together with an annual report, which will detail the activities at the site in the past twelve months and how every single £ has been spent.
