At Beard and Ayers we are always aware that conscientious Freeholders want to see their investment protected by the right management of their property that ensures that the building is maintained to the highest possible standards and that the residents have a safe environment in which to live, with particular emphasis on following the correct fire safety measures.

Beard and Ayers will collect the ground rent owed by your leaseholders ensuring that the demands are issued in accordance with Section 166 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002

We will also ensure that your leaseholders comply with their leases with particular regard to payment of service charges, ground rents and insurance rents, to applications to keep pets in their flats and to sub-letting.
